Could you please provide the information in the following format, of the number of covid cases per month (or week if it's easier), please advise:

-number who have had 3 x covid vaccines (tested positive on the day after the third vaccination or later)
-number who have had 2 x covid vaccines (tested positive on the day after the second vaccination or later)
-number who have had 1 x covid vaccine (tested positive on the day after this vaccination or later)
-number who tested positive and were unvaccinated
-number who tested positive and vaccination status is unknown
