Dear Customs and Excise Department,

I would like to request information pertaining to two individuals arrested on 15 May 2016 (http://www.customs.gov.hk/en/publication... ) and 24 November 2016 (http://www.customs.gov.hk/en/publication... ) respectively. Based on information in the press releases, I request confirmations of the following:

1. Were the two male passengers arrested during Customs clearance and subsequently charged with trafficking in a dangerous drug both citizens of Czech Republic?
2. If so, what are the stages of the legal proceedings? Please provide public information such as case numbers and hearing dates (if any). Thank you.
