醫管局提供2019新冠病毒病住院病人的情況，是根據病人當時臨床（徵狀）情況及病
毒化驗陽性結果作出評估。本局沒有編備你所索取的數據，因此無法提供所需資料。
根據《公開資料守則》 第1.14段，守則不會強制部門編製從來沒有存在的紀錄。

另外根據2019冠狀病毒病第5波數據內備注寫[由確診2019冠狀病毒病當日起計28日後，病人會列為康復。]，請問如果那些新冠危殆或嚴重個案在超過28日後死亡，這些個案情況是否不會當新冠死亡個案來統計？謝謝。
