Could you please let me know the numbers of different types of families:
1. No children just the couple;
2. One Child with parents;
3. One Child with just one parent;
4. Two Children with parents;
5. Two Children with just one parent;
6. Families with more than two children and parents;
7. Families with more than two children and just one parent;
8. Families with adopted children(child)

Below please find our preceding email to you dated 4 October 2017, which
is self-explanatory.

Since we have not received any reply from you, you are requested to
provide us with the required information as soon as possible.  Should you
fail to respond on or before 23 October 2017, we shall assume that you
have no interest in pursuing this request and the case will be closed
without further notice.  After the closure of the case, your are required
to submit a fresh application if you subsequently need to have the
information.

Thank you for preceding email dated 26 October 2017.

Regarding your previous request by email dated 4 October 2017, you may
wish to note that as you had failed to response to us providing the
required information on or before the deadline, it was closed accordingly.
As for your present request by preceding email dated 26 October 2017, it
is treated as a fresh application but not an “internal review” as you
quoted.

Regarding your present request, I should be grateful if you would provide
the following information on or before 3 November 2017 so as to enable us
to proceed further:

(a)         elaborate and clarify that the information you requested (i.e.
"more information about the different types of families in HK and their
numbers”) ; and

(b)        clarify and specify what type(s) of applications/cases
processed by our Department and under our Department’s purview and
functions that your requested information is concerning.
