Dear University Grants Committee Secretariat,

In a similar manner to the NIH/Wellcome Trust and other funders, can I ask if the UGC/RGC are using the Relative Citation Ratio (RCR) (see: https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pbio.100...) in their research assessments?

Yours faithfully,

Scott Edmunds

Sent request to 大學教育資助委員會秘書處 again, using a new contact address.

Dear University Grants Committee Secretariat,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University Grants Committee Secretariat's handling of my FOI request 'Relative Citation Ratio metric use'.

I sent this enquiry many months ago so am sending it again this is long overdue by law. My question again is:

In a similar manner to the NIH/Wellcome Trust and other funders, can I ask if the UGC/RGC are using the Relative Citation Ratio (RCR) (see https://dx.doi.org/10.1371%2Fjournal.pbi... ) in their research assessments?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://accessinfo.hk/en/request/relativ...

Yours faithfully,

Scott Edmunds
