Care Provided to Undocumented Minors
Dear Hospital Authority,
I would be grateful if you could provide the number of minors who have received treatment by the Hospital Authority in each calendar year 2014-2018 and who are deemed Non-Eligible Persons by the Hospital Authority for the purpose of determining eligibility for subsidized care (e.g. minor children who do not (I) have a Hong Kong Identity Card, (ii) valid travel documents indicating they are within there permitted condition of stay, or (iii) proof that one or more parent satisfies either condition (i) or (ii) above).
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Meehan
