Dear Immigration Department,
I am writing to make a data access request about the countries of origin of detainees at Mau Tau Kok Detention Centre. May I know, in each of the years between 2018-20:
a) the yearly admittances of detainees and a breakdown according to countries of origin
b) the detainee population on 31 December of each year and a breakdown according to countries of origin

Furthermore, I would like to ask for some additional information regarding the countries of origin of detainees at Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre. May I know,
A) the breakdown of “Others” by individual nationality from the previous information provided (for each year between 2018 – 2020)
B) the detainee population on 31 December of each year between 2010 - 2017 and a breakdown according to countries of origin
