In relation to the Anti-Car Racing Operation at Hong Kong Island area on
12 September 2021, carried out by the Chai Wan Police Task Force Sub-unit
(Enforcement and Control Division),  the number of:

1) fixed penalty tickets issued to all vehicles (private cars and
motorbikes), including the specific contraventions; and
2) traffic summonses issued to all vehicles (private cars and motorbikes),
including the specific contraventions.

Dear Jeff C.H. Ha,
I am writing in reply to your email dated 27 December 2021 in request for
information on the number of fixed penalty tickets and summons issued by
Enforcement and Control Division of Traffic Hong Kong Island during
enforcement action against illegal road racing on Hong Kong Island on 12
September 2021.  Our reply is provided in the next paragraph.

On 12 September 2021, officers of the Enforcement and Control Division of
Traffic Hong Kong Island carried out enforcement action against illegal
road racing activities on Hong Kong Island.  In relation to the said
enforcement action, one fixed penalty ticket was issued against one
private car for an offence of failing to display valid licence and 33
summons were issued against six private cars and three motorcycles for
mechanical defects.
