I am writing to make an information request regarding data on what sections of the Immigration Ordinance (Cap. 115) immigration detainees at Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution are held under. May I know,
I) Whether any statistical information is maintained on what section of the Immigration Ordinance detainees are held under (regardless of whether this is a subcategory of end of month population, yearly admissions, etc)?
II) If so, would you be able to provide any of this data?
