The request was successful.

Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to make a data access request about physical confrontations at Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre. May I know, in each of the years between 2020 – 2022,

1) The number of cases of physical confrontation involving detainees

2) The number of detainees involved in such physical confrontations

3) The number of detainees receiving disciplinary penalties as a result of involvement in such physical confrontations
i) The type of disciplinary measure or penalty administered in response to physical confrontations

4) The number of staff members receiving disciplinary penalties as a result of their handling of physical confrontations

If the information could be provided in CSV format, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much for your help on this matter. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
H. Y. Fung
