Driving privileges for asylum seekers and refugees
Dear Immigration Department,
I want to get some information and laws for refugees and asylum seekers on driving privileges are they allowed to drive on Hong Kong Roads if yes are they allowed to obtain a driving license under their form 8 recognisance document if they are allowed to drive in Hong Kong what are the ways they can get driving license or convert their driving license from their respective countries.

Regarding the information on what kind of persons could drive on Hong Kong
roads and what kind of persons would be issued with Hong Kong driving
licence, they are are outside the purview of Immigration Department.
