I am writing to inquire the following:

- The number of summonses issued against employers of migrant domestic workers under the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the fourth quarter of 2019; and
- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers prosecuted for violation of the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the fourth quarter of 2019;
