Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to inquire the following:

- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers arrested for violations of the Immigration Ordinance in the first quarter of 2020; and
- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers prosecuted for violations of the Immigration Ordinance in the first quarter of 2020.

I would appreciate if you could attach your reply in pdf format.

The number of employers arrested and prosecuted under the Immigration
Ordinance for illegally employing foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) or
instructing FDHs to perform non-domestic duties, or aiding or abetting
FDHs in making false representations to officers of the Immigration
Department for obtaining employment visas are attached below, please.
