Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to enquire the number of enforcement actions your Department took against violations of the Standard Employment Contract for migrant domestic workers (SEC) by employers as well as the number of prosecutions of employers for violations of the SEC. I request such data for each of the quarters in 2018 and quarter one of 2019. Thank you.

Ordinance for illegally employing foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) or
instructing FDHs to perform non-domestic duties, or aiding or abetting
FDHs in making false representations to officers of the Immigration
Department for obtaining employment visas are tabulated as follows:
