Dear Department of Health,

Please advise the no. of fixed penalty notice issued for violation of Cap 599 J Compulsory Testing over the past three years.

And since compulsory testing had been lifted upon the relaxation of COVID-19 measures, please advise if there is any staff members of DH will contact the public for follow-up on compulsory testing now.

If affirmative, please provide a updated list of telephone number, which is previously provided in https://www.chp.gov.hk/files/pdf/cap599j... , as for distinguish of spam calls and official calls.

Thank you for your enquiry dated 24 February 2023.
The Department of Health has processed over 9000 fixed penalty notices
issued under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Compulsory Testing for
Certain Persons) Regulation (Cap. 599J). Regarding the follow-up on
compulsory testing, staff of the Compulsory Testing Prosecution Office
will contact the public if necessary and the list of telephone numbers
posted on CHP's website

is still valid. The list will be periodically reviewed and updated as
necessary.
