Please provide a copy of the latest land allocation documents of GLA-TST STLA-ST1915. The site is located at Tai Wai Road and Tai Po Road. I would like to know which department is now responding to manage this site area, and also what is the purpose of this government land allocation. Many thanks.

Dear Mr.LUK,

        I refer to your email dated 23.9.2020 regarding the captioned
matter.

        Please be informed that the Simplified Temporary Land Allocation
No. ST-1915 (“the STLA”) was allocated to the Water Services Department on
26.6.2019 for the works sites of the Improvement of water mains near Tai
Wai Road. The STLA was expired on 2.7.2020. The site area is currently
managed by the Lands Department.

        Please see the attached STLA approval memo for your reference. In
accordance with Privacy Protection of Personal Data of Third Party under
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the personal data contained in the
document is blackened out.
