Dear Home Affairs Department Headquarters,
Further to our conversation yesterday, Quantium is a global data and analytics firm engaged by banks in Hong Kong to better understand their customer behaviours. Part of our research involves linking consumer transactions to locations to understand where their customers transact and where they travel within Hong Kong. Digital shapefiles are used in our research to link coordinates of transactions to areas algorithmically. Having these files at the Villages and Towns granularity will enable deeper understanding than District and provide greater individual insight.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Suneel
