I am writing to request the digital boundary of Designated Country Parks and Special Areas and the files provided in shapefile or dwg format are appreciated.
Dear Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department,
The requested data is intended for study purpose, in which the boundary shapefile would facilitate accessing the occurrence and distribution of beetles abutting or within the Country Park boundary and, spatial analysis.
My scope is Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng, Shing Mun,Tai Mo Shan, and Lantau (Tei Tong Tsai). It is appreciated if the boundary of the said CP are provided in shapefile.

Dear Alexis and Lijie,
Thank you for your email dated 24 January 2024. We have no objection to
releasing the requested information of digital format (share file) of the
boundaries of the Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng, Shing Mun, Tai Mo Shan, and
Lantau country parks.
The zipped digital file would be available at the following link

for two weeks (i.e. until 22/02/2024). It is encrypted with password
(password file could be found in the zipped file). Please feel free to
contact us if you encounter any difficulties in downloading the file.
Please note that the boundaries we have in digital form are only the
working data digitised from the original gazette plans of the 24 country
parks and 22 special areas. They show the approximate boundaries
interpreted from the original gazette plans. Therefore, they are for
general identification and reference purposes only, and require further
interpretation. The "Terms and Conditions of Use of Data in Digital Form
(2023 - CP and SA)" is relevant and applicable to any use of these data.
