Dear Correctional Services Department,

I am writing to make a data access request about incidents of self-harm, deaths, and suicides at Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution (TTG). May I know, for each year between 2021 to current day:

A) The number of incidents of self-harm at TTG
B) The number of suicide attempts at TTG
C) The number of suicides at TTG
D) The number of death cases at TTG

If the information could be provided in CSV format, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your help.

that we do not maintain the statistical information disaggregated by
institutions.  Compiling the requested information would require diversion
of substantial resources, having regard to the parameters of the request.
 Pursuant to paragraph 1.14 and 2.9(d) of the Code, your request could not
be acceded to.

You may also wish to note that, pursuant to paragraph 1.25 of the Code,
any person who believes that a department has failed to comply with any
provision of the Code may ask the department to review the situation.
