Thank you for your enquiry.
2. According to the Weapons Ordinance (Chapter 217, Laws of Hong
Kong) any person who has possession of any of the following prohibited
weapons commits an offence-
· Chinese-style throwing dart
· Gravity knife
· Gravity-operated steel baton
· Knuckleduster whether spiked or not and with or without blade
· Chinese-style fighting iron
· Spring-loaded steel baton
· Any knife the blade of which is exposed by a spring or other
mechanical or electric device
· Any bladed or pointed weapon designed to be used in a fashion
whereby the handle is held in a clenched fist and the blade or point
protrudes between the fingers of the fist
3. To ascertain whether the articles as mentioned in your email are
classified as prohibited weapon, please contact the Hong Kong Police Force
for further enquiries-

4. Documents required to facilitate Customs clearance are
manifests, import/export licence or removal permit (if required), and/or
other supporting documents such as bill of lading, airway bill, invoice,
packing list, etc. You may visit the website of the Customs and Excise

5. According to the Import and Export (Registration) Regulations
(Cap. 60E, Laws of Hong Kong), every person who imports or exports any
article other than an exempted article is required to lodge with the
Commissioner of Customs and Excise an accurate and complete import or
export/re-export declaration within 14 days after the importation or
exportation of the article. A booklet on “How to Complete and Lodge
