Housing Estates  for the Year 2011 made under the Code on Access to
Information on 12 June 2018.

2.        Regarding your enquiry, the following tables based on the
results of the 2011 Population Census are attached for your reference.

Table 1 : Median monthly domestic household mortgage payment and loan
repayment by major housing estate, 2011
Table 2 : Median mortgage payment and loan repayment to income ratio by
major housing estate, 2011

3.        Please note that a major housing estate refers to a group of
residential buildings developed by the same developer (either in the
public sector or in the private sector) in one or more phases in a
neighbourhood and with at least 3 000 residents or 1 000 domestic
households in 2011.

4.        Please also note that since estimates based on sample enquiry
are subject to sampling error, a nil figure may mean a figure of a small
magnitude but not zero.  Similarly, figures of small magnitude are also
subject to relatively large sampling error and should be interpreted with
care.

Dear Census and Statistics Department,

I am looking the data for Median Monthly Domestic Household Mortgage
Payment and Loan Repayment and Median Mortgage Payment and Loan Repayment
to Income Ratio for Major Housing Estate 2011. I checked the Interactive
Data platform. However, it is not available for the year 2011 Major
Housing Estates. I will use the data fro my master's thesis.

I would really appreciate if you help me regarding this issue.
