I am writing to ask for the following information from your Bureau concerning several new community isolation facilities:

1. Information concerning Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility (Tsing Yi Town Lot No. 200)
a. The total number of service users of Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility;
b. The average number of service users in the each room/ unit / cabin in Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility for each stay;
c. The average length of stay in Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility by the service users;
d. The average duration of waiting time for the service users to be released from Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility after their first negative result of covid 19;
e. The vaccination status of the service users of Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility;
f. The number of service users who share(d) the same unit/room/cabin with non-family members (i.e. people from a different household) in Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility;
g. The number of service users who actively requested to be put into Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility; and
h. The number of service users who were passively ordered to be put into Tsing Yi Community Isolation Facility.

2. Information concerning San Tin Community Isolation Facility (San Tin Tsuen Road, Yuen Long)
a. The total number of service users of San Tin Community Isolation Facility;
b. The average number of service users in the each room/ unit / cabin in San Tin Community Isolation Facility for each stay;
c. The average length of stay in San Tin Community Isolation Facility by the service users;
d. The average duration of waiting time for the service users to be released from San Tin Community Isolation Facility after their first negative result of covid 19;
