2. The number of non-refoulement claimants who have lodged appeals or are
pending decisions by the Torture Claims Appeal Board / Non-Refoulement
Claims Petition Office ("TCAB/NRCPO");

3. The number of non-refoulement claimants who have a pending application
for leave for judicial review or application for judicial review against
ImmD's Unified Screening Mechanism / TCAB/NRCPO decisions;

4. The number of non-refoulement claimants pending removal or were not
removable claims pending screening by ImmD.
