Dear Companies Registry,

We seek the following information for the years 2016 - 2020 respectively:

1. The number of times the Registrar of Money Lenders ("Registrar") has served notice to object to an application for a money lender's license (including renewal applications) pursuant to the Money Lenders Ordinance (Cap. 163) ("MLO");

2. The number of times the Registrar has objected to an application for a money lender's license (including renewal applications) before a licensing court pursuant to the MLO; and

3. The number of times the Registrar's objection to an application for a money lender's license (including renewal applications) has been successful before a licensing court.
