Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to make an information access request regarding policies / procedures on provision of feminine hygiene products to immigration detainees at Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre (CIC) and Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre (MTKDC). May I know, 

A) Are feminine hygiene products provided at CIC and MTKDC? If yes: 
B) What products are provided? 
C) What is the frequency of provision? How many are provided at each time?
D) Do detainees need to apply to receive these products? 
E) If there are relevant guidelines or policies that could be provided, that would be greatly appreciated.
