Record of flooding reports provides important evidence of the flood-prone areas. I notice that FSD has received about 340 flooding reports in HK during the extreme rainstorm on 9 Sep 2023. I would like to make a request for the record of those flooding reports in HK during the rainstorm on 9 Sep 2023, including information of locations and water depth, if available.
