Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to make an information access request regarding a report of
Coroner’s findings after an inquest hearing.

The hearing was regarding a suicide case in Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre in
2019.

The case reference number is KCRN 19017855.

The first day of the hearing was Sep 6, 2022.

I would be grateful if a report of the Coroner’s findings, or any other
relevant materials from or regarding the proceedings, could be provided.
