The "Table on Health Status and Health Services 2022" has been available
on the website of the Department of Health (URL:

Please be informed that the registered death statistics for 2023 is under
compilation and will be finalised in Q4 of 2024.   In addition, according
to the Hong Kong Cancer Registry, Hospital Authority, data on the number
of new cancer cases is available up to 2021.

For information regarding deaths registered due to different cancer types
in 2022 grouped by sex, please refer to tables A13 and A14 of "Table on
Health Status and Health Services 2022". As requested, information on
registered deaths by Ten Leading Cancer Disease Group by sex for the year
2022 in excel format is attached for your reference.
