public domain of government data (https://data.gov.hk/en/) and the data
could be traced back to 28.12.2015. Our departmental system does not keep
the historical data before 28.12.2015.
For the data of restaurant licences in Hong Kong on or after
29.5.2021, the information could be downloaded from data.gov.hk at the link
below and choose the date range:

For the relevant data on or before 28.5.2021, the public could
follow the steps attached at Annex to download the data. The link at
data.gov.hk is also attached for further reference:
