I am writing this to ask for ShapeFile of water supplies pipeline. I am a student at HKUST conducting project related to Hong Kong water supply system. I would like to know if you can provide the ShapeFile of all the pipeline or some of the main pipes. If it's not possible, may I know if there's another way to access the data?
