Dear Immigration Department,

I am writing to make a data access request about physical confrontations at Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre. May I know, in each of the years between 2010 – 2021,

1) The number of staff members receiving disciplinary penalties as a result of their handling of physical confrontations

If a CSV or Excel format is possible, I would greatly appreciate it.

Yours faithfully,

Raquel Amador

our interim reply to you on 12 November 2021.  I hereby provide you the
following information.

No staff of the Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre (“CIC”) received

confrontations at the Centre since the Immigration Department took over
the management of the CIC from the Correctional Services Department on 15

I hope the information is useful to you.
