Dear Security Bureau,

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information:

(1) Since 3 March 2014,
(a) How many non-refoulement claims were substantiated under the ground(s) of torture risk and / or BOR 2 risk and / or BOR 3 risk at first instance?
(b) How many non-refoulement claims were substantiated under the ground(s) of torture risk and / or BOR 2 risk and / or BOR 3 risk at the TCAB stage?

(2) Prior to 3 March 2014,
How many non-refoulement claims were substantiated under the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (“CAT”)?
