Dear Jenny,

I refer to your application dated 27 November 2021 for access to the
tender document issued by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority
("MPFA") in December 2019 concerning the development of the eMPF Platform
("tender document").

2.        As the tender document under request is owned and held by the
MPFA, we have consulted the MPFA concerning your request for access to
information pursuant to para. 1.20 of the Code of Access to Information.

3.        According to the MPFA, the tender document contains sensitive
information, the disclosure of which would prejudice the interests of the
eMPF Platform Project.  Hence, MPFA refuses the release of the tender
document.  Your request for access to the tender document for the eMPF
Platform Project is hereby denied.  

4.        Concerning the eMPF Platform Project, you may wish to refer to
the following links for publicly available information on the scope and
progress of the Project.
