Dear Buildings Department,

I was looking at the full name list for the permanent buildings in Hong Kong. May I have the names (in both chinese and english if possible), addresses and years of completions of buildings. Also please include those buildings that do not have names, e.g. 18 LUNG TO STREET. Please present the above-mentioned list in excel, xml or json format.

Yours faithfully,

Lam Ping-kwan
