Dear Ms PANG,

I refer to your previous email on 20.12.2018.

This department has approached the Buildings Department (BD) to explore
whether the General Building Plan submissions that had been previously
referred by BD to us are appropriate to address your request.  However, it
is questionable that the General Building Plans may not be the "renovation
plan of Discovery Bay Marina Club" that you requested.

To enable us to proceed further with your application under the Code, you
may wish to contact the undersigned at 2158 6197 during office hours to
clarify the information under request.

requesting "the information about the renovation plan of the Discovery
Bay Marina Club" under the Code on Access to Information, and my
subsequent follow-up emails to you dated 28.12.2018 and 25.1.2019.

Please be advised that this office has not received any "renovation plan"
concerning the Discovery Bay Marina Club.  

Thank you for your concern on the planning matters in Discovery Bay.
