Dear Transport Department,

I am a researcher at the University of Science and Technology and I am working on traffic flow modeling. I would like to make a request for the traffic flow data on each road on 19th Oct 2016. For each road, I hope to get a set of traffic flow data every 15 minutes. Of course, the higher the temporal resolution, the better it is. If the temporal resolution cannot be 15 min, please collect the traffic flow data with the highest temporal resolution.

Yours faithfully,
Jack
