Dear Mr Kan,

I refer to your email dated 16.5.2018 and our reply is given below.

Transport Planning and Design Manual (TPDM) is primarily a working
document for the use of staff of Transport Department in planning and
design of transport infrastructure in Hong Kong.  You may access to it at
Hong Kong Central Library and libraries of local universities, including
the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong
Kong Polytechnic University, the Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology and the City University of Hong Kong.

You may also acquire a softcopy of the latest TPDM in the form of a CD-ROM
for personal study by placing an order to Transport Department.  The cost
of the TPDM is HK$115.  Please note that the TPDM may be updated and
revised from time to time, and the CD-ROM containing the whole TPDM for
you is an uncontrolled copy.  As such, we shall not inform you about any
future TPDM revisions.

If you would like to order the TPDM, please send your application with
your full name and address to the following office:

        Road Safety and Standards Division
        Room 3816, 38/F., Immigration Tower
        7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai
        Hong Kong

For enquiry about the order of TPDM, you may contact Mr FU Shing-chi of
Transport Department (Tel: 2294 2533, E-mail address: [email address])."

Thank you.
