doses of COVID-19 Vaccines received by Members of the Advisory Panel on
COVID-19 Vaccines (the Advisory Panel). I am authorized to reply as

The Advisory Panel was set up in December 2020 in accordance with the
Prevention and Control of Disease (Use of Vaccines) Regulation (Cap.
599K). There are 11 Members on the Advisory Panel.
COVID-19 vaccination records of members of the public are kept in a
central vaccine database held by the Department of Health. Subject to
your written consent by replying this email, we shall pass your request to
the Department of Health for consideration.
