Vaccination rate of non-refoulement claimants

1. total number of vaccinated non-refoulement claimants and the vaccination rate in Sinovac and BioNTech.
2. total number of non-refoulement claimants who get their third dose
3. the average waiting time for claimants to receive the first dose, second dose, and third dose
4. number of infected cases reported of non-refoulement claimants
