Dear Access to Information Officer,
The Blueprint for Digital Education Development in Primary and Secondary Schools (announced 17 June 2026) was accompanied by two Supplements, the AI Literacy Learning Framework and the Guide to Using AI in Teaching . I seek the following records to establish how the guidance has evolved and what materials schools have been given, which the public pages do not fully show.
Under the Code on Access to Information, I request:
1) Version History of the Guide to Using AI in Teaching: The date of each substantive revision since 2023, together with a short description of what changed in each revision.
2) Exemplar Materials Issued to Schools: A list of the exemplar or teaching materials issued to schools alongside the two Supplements, including the issue date, the licence or terms on which they are provided, and whether they are publicly accessible.
3) Approved AI Tools Register: Any register, list or inventory held by the Bureau of AI tools approved for use in schools, including the procurement standard or student-data standard applied, or a statement that no such register exists.
If any of these records are not held by the Bureau, please state this explicitly and, where applicable, identify the body that holds them.
Yours faithfully
Huang Kaiting
