Many thanks for that. In order to correctly describe the data received, can I please confirm that these figures for: "c) The end of year population of the ETU in Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre from 2020 to 2024" refer to any PIC who are being treated for some kind of sexual offending.

"The Sex Offenders Evaluation and Treatment Unit (ETU) was set up in 1998 to help persons in custody (PIC) who have committed sex offences lead a law-abiding and constructive life after release. Located in the Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre, it is the first residential treatment unit of this kind in East Asia. It aims to provide participants with comprehensive and systematic psychological assessment and treatment programmes in a therapeutic environment, so as to help them prevent re-offending and develop a positive lifestyle."
