We request the annual information from 2014-2024 on:

1) Number of teacher registration cancellations
2) Reprimand letters
3) Written warnings
4) Written advice
4) Verbal reminder / Record for future reference

We seek this disciplinary information only on cases which included:

a) Child sexual abuse; and/or
b) Professional misconduct: Inappropriate relationships with students
