2. Post-Completion Monitoring and Maintenance Enforcement:
Please provide existing records detailing post-completion monitoring and maintenance enforcement. This includes copies of the standard operational obligations imposed on estates (as outlined in the Further Subsidy Agreement), along with any records of non-compliance warnings, inspections, or enforcement actions issued by the EPD to the completed estates to date.
