I have checked the EHSS public portal and confirmed that the specific datasets requested below are not currently available in public registers. To keep this request focused, please provide the following specific records in machine-readable format (CSV or Excel) where applicable:

Rejected Application Categories:
Please provide the internal assessment records or categorised outcome codes applied to the 56 rejected applications (as noted in the LegCo FC 26-27 paper). This should detail the breakdown of rejection reasons, such as insufficient information versus ineligible building type.

District-Level Subsidized Estate List:
Please provide a machine-readable list of the successful applications and/or completed installations. This list must explicitly include the name of the estate or car park, its corresponding District Council district (18 districts), as this geographical data is currently missing from the published application status lists. It would be great if the number of completed, installed EV charging facilities is included.
