Internal Digital Education Blueprint implementation records, including AI/digital-education surveys, Digital Education Teacher Groups, and school development plans since 2023/24.
Dear Education Bureau,
I am writing to request information under the Code on Access to Information regarding the implementation of the Digital Education Blueprint announced on 17 June 2026. Specifically, I am seeking the monitoring and compliance records that underpin the rollout. As the Blueprint and its Supplements are now part of the public record, I am interested in the data that Education Bureau holds regarding its implementation across schools.
I would therefore be grateful if you could provide the following:
1. For the 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 school years: does the Bureau hold any survey of schools on the integration of AI/digital-education elements by Key Learning Area, and what aggregate results by school type does it hold — or the provision of the Code on Access to Information relied on if no such survey exists?
2. How many schools are recorded by the Bureau as having established "Digital Education Teacher Groups" and does the Bureau hold any list of these schools?
3. Since the 2023/24 school year, what records does the Bureau hold on whether schools' School Development Plans or Annual School Plans include digital-education or AI measures, and what aggregate analysis of such records does it hold — or the provision of the Code on Access to Information relied on if none exists?
I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
Thank you for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,
Wong Sze Ki

Regarding the number of schools that have established “Digital
