Will operating cost breakdowns be published as a distinct line item in annual departmental financial accounts, EM&A reports, or a dedicated public reporting dashboard?

If no definitive plan has yet been established, please identify the website or channel through which the public may locate such data in future, and state the expected timeframe for its publication.

Why this matters: This would allow the public to locate where operating costs are reported and to monitor the cost-effectiveness of the facility on an ongoing basis.
