Access to Information (“the Code”) to the Correctional Services Department
(“CSD”) on 13.8.2026 requesting the annual number of persons in custody
(“PICs”) who have been convicted of sexual offences (whose victims being
under 16 years old) and contacted by Psychological Services Section
(“PSS”) of the CSD across all male adult institutions from 2015 to 2024.

The requested information is readily available and is appended as follows:

Remarks

1.      Certain PICs who have been convicted of sexual offences may not be
reachable by PSS due to factors such as short remaining sentence.
