Thank you for your email dated 22 October 2026 requesting access to
Financial Circular No. 4/2017 (“FC No. 4/2017”).

 

Please be informed that FC No. 4/2017 has been cancelled and superseded by
Financial Circular No. 1/2026  “Capital Works Programme” which
incorporates FC No. 4/2017 and other subjects.  Should you have any
enquiries, please feel free to contact the undersigned.
