Dear Transport Department,
I am conducting research on the long-term performance assessment of bridges in Hong Kong, for which historical traffic data are fundamental. I would therefore like to request access to the full versions of the Annual Traffic Census (ATC) reports for the years 1997 to 2002 in PDF format (including plain text and appendix data), as they are currently inaccessible on the Transport Department’s website.

I have reviewed the Annual Traffic Census (ATC) reports you provided and noticed that the AADT data for Ting Kau Bridge, Station No. 5033, from 1998 to 2001 appear to be missing. Could you please provide the missing AADT data for Ting Kau Bridge for this period?
If the above AADT data are not available, could you please provide alternative traffic volume data for Ting Kau Bridge covering 1998 to 2001, such as average daily traffic or annual total traffic volume from other official sources?
