Under the Code on Access to Information, I am writing to request a copy of the physical asset inventory record for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facilities installed across government-owned properties and venues.

Specifically, I request a machine-readable record (in Excel or CSV format) containing:

1. Location & Venue Details: The district, venue name, and address of all government-owned or EMSD-managed multi-storey car parks, civic centres, and public venues equipped with EV chargers.

2. Technical Specifications: Installation year/date, rated power output (kW), charger category (Standard / Medium / Quick / Fast), and charging plug/connector standards for each installed unit.

3. Operational Parameters: Name of assigned maintenance contractor, service contract expiry dates, and operational status as of October 2026.

Purpose of Request: This request concerns physical government assets on public property and is sought strictly for academic research into public infrastructure management and spatial distribution in Hong Kong.
